GENERAL
A booking retainer and a signed contract is needed to book. To make your payment, you will receive an invoice on your client portal. To ensure transactions are professionally handled, I do not accept cash, checks, or payment apps such as Venmo or Paypal.
If you would like to schedule payment plans, I am able to split up your payments, including your booking retainer into 3 equal payments.
How does payment work?
RAW files are unprocessed camera data—not finished photos. They require processing and adjustments (like color grading, sharpening, and lighting) to achieve the final look you see in my portfolio. I do not distribute either Raw files or unedited images
Can I have the "Raw Photos?"
- Mini sessions & headshots: 1–2 weeks
- Portrait sessions: 4–6 weeks (graduation sessions may take up to 5–6 weeks)
- Weddings & events: sneak peeks within 72 hours, full gallery in 10–12 weeks
All galleries are edited in order received, and expedited delivery isn’t included in standard turnaround times.
Rush editing is available on a case-by-case basis:
$75 for standard sessions (1–2 business days)
$350 for weddings/events (1–2 weeks, based on agreement)
What is your turnaround time?
No-shows: After 30 minutes of no arrival or notice, your retainer is forfeited and the session is not eligible for rescheduling.
What if I'm late or do not show?
Some locations may have reduced or waived fees, and no travel fees apply if your session aligns with my travel/bucket list dates.
Do you travel?
I also shoot multiple frames to capture the best moments, then carefully select and deliver only the strongest images from the duplicates. Because unedited images don’t reflect my work or quality, I provide only fully edited photos that are up to my professional standard.
Why not?
Portraits: Add 30 minutes for $75 and receive 5 extra edited photos (you’ll be notified 10 minutes before your session ends).
Weddings & Events: Additional coverage is $200/hour beyond the contracted time.
I'd like to extend my time
Reschedules happen—I allow one free reschedule based on availability (not guaranteed, especially during busy seasons). Additional reschedules incur a $50 fee. Your retainer is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date or session. If you cancel entirely, a termination contract is required.

My editing style is soft, warm, and true to my portfolio. While I adjust for lighting and environment, I don’t change my overall style—please book only if it aligns with your vision.
Per my contract, all editing decisions are at my discretion. Basic retouching is included, but additional edits or alterations beyond standard touch-ups may incur extra fees.
I'm not a fan of your editing, can you change your style to a different one?
Images may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out in your contract in the release form. Copyright is not transferable, but you may decline the use of your images. (your gallery will then be privated)
I don't want my photos public. Can you transfer copyrights to me?

frequently asked questions
Bring extra shoes for walking if you plan to wear heels; water/gatorade; touch-up tools. If you have champagne, or props you'd like to include, bring them!

What should I bring?
If the forecast predicts heavy weather or thunderstorms of 60% and higher before your session begins, you are allowed up to 1 reschedule request at no extra cost.
Overcast/cloudiness and light rain is not considered as bad weather, and the session will continue as per usual.
It looks like it will rain
Yes! you're encouraged to bring champagne and other props to your session; however, I recommend champagne popping allowed in certain locations only. Some venues or campuses may prohibit this to prevent littering.
Can I bring champagne?
Yes! you're allowed up to 3 guests or pets to join you in your session. If you're bringing your fur baby along, make sure there is someone who can watch them during your solo photos.

Don't worry! I will be posing you regardless of your skills. I often hear: "I'm not photogenic" or "I suck at taking photos" –– but I disagree! I will be directing you accordingly to ensure the best possible photos.
Periodically, l also show you my screen to make sure you love how you look before moving on. If something is not looking right, let me know and we'll readjust.
